Research shows us that by identifying our natural strengths and focussing on how we can better use them in our work and life, we improve not only our wellbeing but our performance. However, two thirds of people cannot identify their own strengths.
In this workshop we will use a combination of psychometric tests and individual strength spotting to identify our strengths and develop a plan of how we can better use them.
